Today’s movement is all about lateral weight shifts—because confident movement means being ready for the unexpected, not just walking in a straight line. 💪 What I’m showing today—and why it matters: 🌿 Shimmying through the garden bed: → Reaching, stepping, and balancing on uneven ground. 🧺 Carrying laundry around corners: → Loaded movement requires more control than you think. 🏋️♀️ Dragging my workout bench out to film: → Yep, that’s lateral movement too—core, hips, and all. 🐶 Sidestepping over my dog (in the middle of my filming space!) → Hello, real-life obstacle course.
