the company my husband works for is owned by Korea and the treat their employees really well its a shame America is doing this. People forget this is stolen land and America is a melting pot of ethnicity, and wouldn't be what it is without these different cultures coming together and making America what it is. America was never great. until we have no homeless, quality education and food for everyone no matter their background we will never be great.

Cauli Steaks
• 1 cauliflower
• 1 tsp each: cumin, ground coriander, smoked paprika, salt, pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 tbsp maple syrup Mash
• Remaining cauliflower florets
• 1 x 400g tin butter beans
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp harissa paste
• Salt & pepper Tahini Sauce
• 4 tbsp tahini
• 100ml water
• ½ lemon (juice)
• Salt Coriander Sauce
• 30g fresh coriander
• 1 small green chilli
• ½ lemon (juice)
• 4 tbsp olive oil HOW TO MAKE IT
1️⃣ Sauces First – Whisk tahini, lemon juice & water until creamy. Blitz coriander, chilli, lemon & olive oil until punchy.
2️⃣ Roast the Cauli – Slice two thick steaks from the cauliflower, brush with spice mix (oil, maple, water, spices). Roast at 200°C fan for 30 mins, flipping halfway.
3️⃣ Make the Mash – Boil leftover cauli florets 10–12 mins. Blend with butter beans until smooth. Warm oil & harissa in a pan, stir in the mash and heat until bubbling.
4️⃣ Serve – Spoon mash onto plates, top with cauli steaks. Finish with tahini drizzle & coriander sauce.
