Mom melted velveeta, chopped onions, 2 eggs, and a can of mushroom soup. Parboiled broccoli, mixed it with the melted velveeta mixture and put it in a casserole topped with buttered ritz crumbs. Baked covered for 45 minutes and bam! Delicious.

I love this story!!!!!! I wish my grand parents and old family were still here. I was blessed enough to have my both grandmothers and my maternal grandfather til a was married and a mother. My aunt Jo just had her 100th birthday in June! My great grandmother Lizabetta in Brooklyn was 103! When she died in the late 70s. There are never going to be family and FOOD like they taught us. So you better keep it up - we’re counting on you - with the exception of the velvetta.😅
