It sucks losing a caregiver! I have a special needs daughter who is total care and there's so much turnover, but I get why they need to switch jobs.

she won’t be moving onto bigger and better things, because she already does the biggest and best! she’s just going to spread her care,empathy, and help to many others outside of beautiful Tati🥰i’m so thankful people like her exist, and there is few. heartbreaking to lose her but so amazing to pass on a wonderful human such as herself to others.
