Place the ground beef, salt, cumin powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, chopped onion, and sunflower oil in a bowl. Mix well until combined. Take a portion of the meat mixture and press it flat to form a burger. Shape a total of 20 burgers and set aside. Deflate the risen dough and divide it into 20 pieces of about 50 grams each. Shape them into balls. Take a dough ball and roll it slightly flat with a rolling pin. Press one side of the dough into the fine semolina. Place the buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make several cuts with a sharp knife. Let the buns rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. Bake the buns for 8–12 minutes, or until golden brown. Keep an eye on the baking time, as every oven works differently. Meanwhile, cook the meat burgers in a frying pan over medium-high heat until done on both sides. If desired, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top and let it melt. Slice the buns open and fill them with the meat burger, sauce, and fresh vegetables of your choice.
