The latest laws are already updated quite awhile back. It's mandatory to give way to emergency vehicles regardless of traffic lights and right of way. In short they have the right of way in every situation.

definitely... because just imagine if is your family members inside the ambulance. because my daughter once inside an ambulance in emergency I experienced it how anxious and critical. pls remember always give way to emergency vehicle

I used to work at Science park. This is very common. The ambulance driver will on siren and chiong to A&E. All mororist will give way. Every sec counts.
