i’m living on campus again this year i applied the other day for a permit (as i will need to drive for placement) and it got approved in literally 10 seconds i didn’t need to submit evidence or anything, i just applied online and it got approved x

loads of spaces if you arrive around 8am but no chance after 😂 I also applied for my pass for year 2 and it was approved instantly because I did it within the hour it went live. If your not organised it's not hard

Normally don’t enforce the rules until all the teachers and nurses have gone onto placement as you’re hardly on site after that which is around end of October - anyone can get the permit you just need to apply early enough and be persistent otherwise there’s parking behind the back of the railway pub - PLEASE do not park on St-Helens road they ticket men absolutely love it going up and down giving everyone a ticket

Even if you have a permit you’ve gotta get there at like 8am and then it’s full and busy all around town it’s impossible 🤣🤣

Hot Fudge Brownie Bread -COOKING WITH BRIGHT EYES This looks soooo good ~ Ingredients: - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour - 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 tsp baking soda - 1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened - 1 cup granulated sugar - 2 large eggs - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1 cup buttermilk - 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce, plus extra for drizzling - Optional: 1/2 cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside. 2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside. 3. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes. 4. Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined. 5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk to the creamed mixture, starting and ending with dry ingredients. Stir just until combined. 6. Gently fold in hot fudge sauce. If using, add chocolate chips or nuts. 7. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula. 8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Pato assado com mel, laranja e tomilho Ingredientes 1 pato inteiro (aprox. 2 kg) 3 colheres de sopa de mel Suco de 2 laranjas Raspas de 1 laranja 3 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva 4 dentes de alho picados 1 colher de sopa de tomilho fresco 1 colher de chá de páprica Sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto 2 cebolas roxas cortadas em quartos 300 g de batatas pequenas 1 pimentão vermelho 1 pimentão amarelo Modo de preparo Lave o pato, se necessário, e seque completamente com papel toalha. Em uma tigela, misture o mel, o suco e as raspas de laranja, o azeite, o alho, o tomilho, a páprica, o sal e a pimenta. Pincele generosamente o pato com essa marinada e coloque uma pequena quantidade também dentro da cavidade. Deixe marinar por cerca de 90 minutos. Preaqueça o forno a 195°C. Coloque as cebolas, as batatas e os pimentões em uma assadeira. Acomode o pato sobre os legumes. Asse por aproximadamente 1 hora e 45 minutos, regando a pele a cada 30 minutos com o caldo da própria assadeira. Durante os minutos finais, pincele novamente com a mistura de mel e laranja.
