Natural Diamonds do not seem to have a whole lot of value I hear bc of the abundance of lab diamonds. Will natural diamond prices eventually increase?

Now that we know how mass-produced and unethical lab diamonds are, ethically sourced natural diamonds will continue to be in demand because they're unique, one of a kind, and the industry is making so much positive change in countries like Botswana and Angola, that I don't see with people and companies selling lab diamonds when they had the choice and option but chose greed and profits

I am currently of the belief that while natural stones are wonderful with all their miniscule flaws and inclusions and different traits that come from where they're found, synthetic gemstones are the way to go. flawless, ethical, can be custom grown and made, etc etc

I don’t think all people are interested in the residual value of diamonds, whether natural or lab-created. Many years ago, I decided to sell a bespoke diamond and sapphire bracelet that was appraised for for four times what a reputable jeweler offered me for it. Yes—the amount your jewelry is appraised for is not what it is actually worth—unless it goes missing and you file a claim on your jewelry policy. So why on earth does it matter what the value is if it is just a house of cards? Buy the ring you love and love it regardless of the price.

People who have stock piles of natural diamonds, like jewelers, are panicking over the lab grown diamond market. No sympathy there.

In my opinion value for rarity goes out the window when lab/natural dimond’s are the exact same chemical compound.

Who cares if your lab grown gem has zero resale value if the whole ring only costs you 5k anyway and it’s your dream ring? Just enjoy the sparkle and wear it without concern for its dollar value

as you can manipulate price in the market , if lab considered fake it will not effected price for the natural one right . then lab considered real diamond

According to Grok, Diamonds are not as rare as commonly believed. Global production is substantial—around 130 million carats (26 tonnes) annually, with gem-quality diamonds making up a portion of that. However, high-quality, large, or uniquely colored diamonds (like pink or blue) are genuinely scarce.

well what percentage of the Dimond consumer market purchase diamonds as a investment. Id assume most end users buy with the intent not to ever sell

Exactly. If it can be mass-produced endlessly, it loses meaning. Natural diamonds hold value because they’re finite. No one wants to listen though 🙃

Hyon Chol Hae and Kim Jong Il: A Political Partnership Spanning Eras The relationship between Hyon Chol Hae and Kim Jong Il dates back to the late 1960s and early 1970s, rooted in the inner circles of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK). According to DPRK state media and external analysis, their association evolved through four key phases: 1. Revolutionary Roots and Early Interactions Born into a revolutionary family in Yanji, Jilin Province, China, Hyon Chol Hae’s father was a participant in the Korean independence movement. Hyon attended the elite Mangyongdae Revolutionary School and Kim Il Sung University before studying military engineering and logistics management in Romania. This background positioned him as a technically skilled military cadre groomed by Kim Jong Il. In the late 1960s, as Kim Jong Il rose to power within the WPK Central Committee, overseeing ideology and military affairs, Hyon was transferred to the WPK’s Organizational Guidance Department—a division directly under Kim Jong Il’s control responsible for high-ranking military personnel and intelligence. Their direct collaboration began here, with Hyon’s pragmatic approach and expertise gradually earning Kim Jong Il’s attention. 2. Building Trust Through Military Reform During the 1980s, as Kim Jong Il promoted Songun (military-first) politics, Hyon Chol Hae was entrusted with pivotal roles. In 1986, he was promoted to Lieutenant General, later serving as Director of the People’s Army Rear-Service General Bureau and Deputy Director of the General Political Bureau. He spearheaded modernization efforts in military logistics. During the 1995 food crisis, Hyon stabilized morale by strengthening military ration systems, solidifying Kim Jong Il’s confidence in his administrative abilities. This earned him the rank of General in 1995. Notably, even after his nephew Hyon Seong-il defected to South Korea in 1996, Kim Jong Il retained his trust—a testament to his prioritization of political loyalty over familial ties, as analyzed by South Korean media. 3. Nuclear Strategy and Power Centralization In the 21st century, Hyon Chol Hae emerged as a key architect of Kim Jong Il’s nuclear program. Prior to the DPRK’s first nuclear test in 2006, he, along with Ri Myong-su and Pak Jae-kyong, was labeled part of the “hardline trio” by South Korean media, directly involved in nuclear policy and execution. Though details remain classified, Yonhap News Agency noted that as Deputy Director of the General Political Bureau overseeing organizational affairs, Hyon wielded authority over military ideology and personnel appointments, critical to advancing the nuclear agenda. Hyon also represented Kim Jong Il in diplomatic contexts. For example, in 2000, he led a delegation to South Korea to deliver gifts from Kim Jong Il to President Kim Dae-jung, underscoring his role as a diplomatic envoy. 4. Bridging Generations During Power Transition In Kim Jong Il’s later years, Hyon became a linchpin between old and new guard. After Kim Jong Il’s death in 2011, Hyon swiftly endorsed Kim Jong Un. In 2012, he accompanied Kim Jong Un on a visit to Mangyongdae Revolutionary School, his position second only to General Political Bureau Chief Choe Ryong-hae, reflecting his continued influence. In 2016, he was awarded the rank of Marshal, one of few surviving high-ranking officials from Kim Jong Il’s era under Kim Jong Un.#FYP #fypシ #fypシ゚viral #金正恩 #김정은 #DPRK #кимченын #kimjongun #NorthKorea #คิมจ็องอึน #kimilsung #hochiminh #risolju #korea #tiktokindia #kim #kimilsung #kimjongil #كيمجونغعن #キム・ジョンウン #किमजोंगउन #CoréeduNord #CoreadelNorte #СевернаяКорея #nordkorea #북한 #เกาหลีเหนือ #CoreiadoNorte #coreadelnord #noordkorea #nordkorea #donaldjohntrump #Trump #الشمالية #将军 #金正恩氏 #CoreadelNorte #北朝鮮 #朝鲜 #충의 #恩情 #朝鲜半岛 #NorthKoreaNews #DPRKNews #KoreanPeninsula #朝鮮半島 #조선반도 #忠诚 #太阳 #白头山 #백두산 #KimYoJong #元帅 #김정일 #김일성 #김요정 #地表最强 #地表最强80后 #最强80后 #忠誠
