I went back to running to cut back on the caffeine because I didn’t know that caffeine stat until maybe two weeks ago and now it makes sense why coffee isn’t my full time friend just my vacation buddy

Mild is putting it… mildly. I’ve had bigger rushes from good sex, even a good wank, than I’ve got from cigs or caffeine. But seriously, achieving a moderate accomplishment is a bigger high than caffeine, and really, what is “sober” if we define it as under the effects of a psychoactive drug, then what’s the threshold because you can get a dopamine hit from good food or hitting a new record in the gym, is that sober? 🤔
