If you don’t have mortgage payment and only help with the house bills and had a persons loan debt of 18k, would you ever budgeting my doing income minus cash only expenses then putting everything towards the loan?

This helped me a lot in my 20s but make sure you always pay more than the minimum payment. Some cc offered 36 months of 0 interest. Bank of America cc was the one I used
