For real it’s traumatising but like I just have to live with it so it’s like I’m use to it but the fear still gets to me it only started this year

I just woke up from sleep paralysis and I often have sleep paralysis and I think I'm scared to close my eyes for even a second cuz I easily get paralys in my sleep even if I just close my eyes a second ago

ang hirap talaga kahit pilitin mong gisingin sarili mo,,pero bkit? nakikita ko si mama na nakatayo pero parang di ko maimulat ng maayos ung mga mata ko and di ko naigalaw sarili ko,,pati nga sa panaginip ko ramdam ko ung sampal pero ung kamay na sa dibdib ko parang kaluluwa ko ung nanampal saken..dalwang ko ng naranasan yan,,sabi nga ni mama kulang daw yan sa dasal dahil nalilimutan mo ng mag dasal kaya ka ganyan..

I have sleep paralysis as well...first time when I had a sleep paralysis it was terrifying, I felt pressures on my head like if someone was putting a hand - I even remembered when I was younger, and noone still remembers this incident but I was laying on the bed with my mom infront of me, then all of the sudden I feel a hand on my face, literally on my face and it wasn't soft it was like the hand wanted to hide my eyes but then I woke up want I screamed "MOM? was that you?" and mind u she's still sitting down there and had no chance touching me. she denied it and I started to cry. Now when I got older I started experiencing the actual sleep paralysis, first times I was crying while trying to "drag myself out of the paralysis" and I screamed and cried...it was so terrifying and I was scared I would see something, like a disturbing creature and unluckily most of those times I do. As well as that I feel like someone is literally touching by body and constantly standing next to me in daylight. Then I started to open up about it, and everyone of my family said I was delusional, and that it was a dream but that's not really the same, Till the day that I saw the "Black man with a hat" its a black creature with completely black body and he was in my room, now when I say I was terrified I mean it. noone in my house would ever come in and I even asked in case but I cried so much out of fear...I also sometimes can hear voices and notices which I don't know if it's sleep paralysis but it can be anything from someone screaming or like someone's voice calling for me... my mom thought it was the devil that day and I just cried.. she threw holy water on me and now my whole room has crosses and yet she says it's from those "animes" but no it's not...

So my dream was, I was sleeping and then there was voices in my head, it kept saying like, you cannot wake up, you cannot wake up, and then I saw my reflection and then I could not breathe, I could not do anything, I was literally like trapped in my body, I could not talk, I could not move, I could not do literally anything. And then, suddenly, someone came, a man, in all black suit, and he talked to me, he said, do you want to come with me? I said, no, no, no, and I screamed for my mom and my sister. And then, my mom came into the room, and she said, you need a towel, and I was like, no, mom, come back, and then she went away, like it was all my dream, and there was much more in my dream, and I could not, like I only could see my reflection, I could not do anything, I could not talk, I could not do anything, I was like trapped in my body. And then I saw, I saw like a black man coming to me, and saying, you have to come, and then I was in a black or white room, I cannot remember, and I saw the black man, he was just looking at me and waving, and then suddenly, I felt like my body was falling from a high cliff, and then that my, that someone was like punching my head with a hammer, and I got a headache from that. Then I could, suddenly, I could talk in my inner voice, I was like, help, help, help, mommy, mommy, and I woke up, and then, and then I woke up, and I was like, almost falling asleep, and something tells me not to fall asleep, because that dream was coming again.
