DUM KEEMA SHEPHERDS'S PIE Ramadan Recipe with groceries from @ubereats_uk For Dum Keema;  1.5 kg Lamb Mince Ginger 2 inches knob 6-7 cloves of Garlic ½ cup Yogurt 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Garam masala 2 tsp Crushed chillies 1 tsp Chilli powder  1 tsp black pepper  1/4 cup Ghee 1/3 cup Gram flour 1 medium onion (fried)  Oil for frying onion 1 live Charcoal  2 tbsp Tomato purée  1 cup Water Vegetable;  200 g carrots  200 g Peas For Potato Mash;  1.5 kg potatoes Water to boil 100 grams butter 120ml warm milk 3 egg yolks 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese  1/4 Parmesan/hard cheese  Salt and pepper to taste 1- Take mince in a bowl and Add crushed ginger and garlic,yogurt,salt,garam masala, crushed chillies,chilli powder,black pepper,ghee and gram flour.  2- Thinly sliced the onion and fry until golden brown and add.  3- Give smoke of live charcoal and leave to marinate.  4- In a wok, heat up the same oil,  add tomato purée and cook until darkened in colour.  5- Add the marinated mince to the wok. Cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Add more 1 cup water. Cover and cook until mince is tender and water dries up.  6- Chop the carrots and sauté.Add peas and and sauté . Remove from the heat and set aside.  7- Throughly wash , peel the potatoes and rinse. 8- Place chopped potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with cold water and cook until tender. 9- Mash the potatoes while still hot.Add knobs of butter. Add cheddar cheese, warm milk, & egg yolks. Keep mixing until smooth.  10- In the last add parmesan cheese,salt & pepper. 11- Preheat oven to 400F (200C). 12- To assemble, transfer the meat to a deep baking dish, spread veggies. Scoop mashed potatoes over the top evenly . Make some designs with a fork on top and sprinkle parmesan cheese.  13- Bake 20-25 minutes. or until mashed potato is golden brown.Cool 15 minutes before serving. #shepherdspierecipe  #ramadanrecipes
