wow 10 years since I’ve been amputated of both of my legs and since my life changed forever. let me explain briefly what happened, I entered the hospital in august 2015 and after so many complications I ended up being amputated of both of my legs on April 8th 2016. then I’ve had my first pair of prostheses around December 2016 to like maybe middle 2017 and then again after some more complications I couldn’t walk anymore, my right knee was blocked so I had to be re amputated of this one in January 2021 and since then I’m really able to walk again and making progress time to time and keep trying again & again to get better. i don’t really know how to feel, I was 17 when it happened and I’m now 27 it feels like i’ve lived differents lives since then, I’ve been through so much and I know I used to be mad at my parents to have made this decision for me but if they didn’t l wouldn’t be here anymore. I wouldn’t have be here to live the many experiences and people I’ve been able to meet and have in my life since then so even though I would have prefer to still have my real legs as life would’ve been easier, I’m glad to still be here and to keep doing my best even when life gets hard. I know many people would not read or watch till the end but thank you if you did. also grateful to have many of my favorite people showing me so much love & support and it really helps me to keep going❤️‍🩹 #evolution #progress #10years
