I had a suspended license because I purchased a new car with new insurance and a new license plate and ended the insurance on n the old car because the motor had blown. I didn’t know that my license was suspended until I was stopped in my new car with the new license plate and new insurance. Police were cool. Didn’t give me a ticket let me go home but warned me to turn in the old tag and to get my license reinstated soon because if they caught me driving and the license was suspended, it was going to be bad for me. This was in Florida and the next day I took care of everything that morning

I was pulled over in 2007, arrested me saying I had a warrant out on me for not paying a fine from 1997. I had the proof that it was paid when I went to court, no apology, and even tried to charge me for a night in jail. And had my 1 year old son with me in the car. Sucks that I couldn’t sue them.
