A reminder that healthy eating doesn’t have to be perfect to be sustainable. Some weeks I’m organized and meal prep everything. Other days, clinic gets busy, I run out of time, and I’m ordering food between patients. Instead of aiming for perfection, I just try to make the healthiest choice available. Today’s meals looked like: 🥚 Boiled eggs, chia pudding, and berries 🍗 Chicken with rice and colorful veggies 🍵 A matcha to get me through the afternoon 🍫 Dark chocolate, date with peanut butter bars because yes…I still crave chocolate 🥩 avocado steak salad with a simple vinaigrette for dinner It’s not about eating “clean” 100% of the time. It’s about building habits you can actually stick with, making better choices most of the time, and giving yourself grace when life gets busy. Consistency will always beat perfection.
