フィリピンに21年暮らした娘が今日本で一緒に暮らしているのですがそのナス料理を作ってくれました。味付けは塩だけでしたがナスの苦手な私でも美味しくいただきました。最初ナスを焼くときはコンロの火で焼くと一番美味しいと言っておりました。
