Yes, that looks like a traditional Cuban sandwich, which is made of roasted pork, ham, Swiss cheese, pickles and mustard on Cuban bread. They are very popular in Florida.

The Columbia is a Tampa classic! Best salad on earth! The Cuban sandwich was created here as a lunch for Cuban cigar rollers in the factories that made this city. Glad you enjoyed it. Also, you can buy the dressing at Publix!

I miss the Columbia. I used to eat at the original in Ybor (in Tampa) all the time. The Cuban sandwich is a Tampa invention, btw. Arose during the era of Cuban and Italian immigrants working in Tampa cigar factories in the late 1800s.
