Bolinhos de grão-de-bico com ervas frescas Ingredientes 2 xícaras de grão-de-bico cozido e escorrido 1 cebola pequena picada 2 dentes de alho amassados 2 colheres de sopa de azeite de oliva 3 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo ou farinha de aveia 2 colheres de sopa de salsa picada 1 colher de sopa de coentro picado 1 colher de chá de cominho 1/2 colher de chá de páprica 1 colher de chá de sal Suco de 1/2 limão Modo de preparo Coloque o grão-de-bico em uma tigela e amasse até formar uma mistura grossa, deixando alguns pedaços pequenos para dar textura. Adicione a cebola, o alho, a salsa, o coentro, o cominho, a páprica, o sal e o suco de limão. Misture bem e acrescente a farinha aos poucos até a massa ficar firme o suficiente para modelar. Divida a mistura em pequenas porções e forme bolinhos achatados com as mãos. Pincele os bolinhos com azeite de oliva e coloque-os em uma assadeira forrada com papel manteiga. Asse em forno preaquecido a 200°C por cerca de 25 a 30 minutos, virando na metade do tempo para dourar dos dois lados. Retire do forno quando estiverem firmes e levemente crocantes por fora. Sirva com tomate, pepino, folhas verdes, molho de iogurte ou tahine e algumas ervas frescas.

▪️ T O O C L O S E ▪️ A close call for this dog 🐕 Yesterday, on a 40° summer day with storms rolling through parts of Perth 🌩️, I headed to the beach for a swim, then stayed to relax and fly my drone. Sometimes you fly 20 times and see nothing — and that’s normal. When your hobby takes time, effort, and patience, a bit of luck can place you in the right spot at the right moment to witness something truly special. This was one of those moments. I spotted a beautiful tiger shark 🦈, one of many that return to our coastline around this time of year. Whether they’re resting, nursing, or simply passing through — they are here. I followed the shark as it cruised toward shallower water, waiting for it to surface for a clean shot. Suddenly, it turned back — likely sensing movement in the water 💧. To my complete surprise, the shark went in to investigate a beautiful groodle named Olive, who had done the same. A brief, face-to-face encounter. Watching this unfold on my controller left me shocked 🤯, and I briefly lost framing. I knew I had just captured a rare moment. Later, I met Olive and her owner, Sascha @green_sascha — both equally shocked and excited to see the footage 🎥. Sharks are in their natural environment. Entering the ocean — whether swimming, surfing, or walking a dog — is always a personal choice. Signs or no signs, awareness is what matters. We all know what lives in the ocean.
