I was taking them for a while but I switched to the olly brand ones and they’re working even better for me! They’re a lot cheaper and you have to take 1 a day not 2 so you get more doses

😂 my GI legit told me to stop wasting my money there is zero evidence to prove we get anything from taking these. we digest them thats it. ive been on them for little over 5 months. zero difference.
