Tailbone Torso Twist Crunch ❤️‍🔥This variation of the Tailbone Torso Twist is a fantastic way to connect with the targeted oblique and extend the length of time of the movement. Most people have a hard time engaging the targeted oblique which is the side closest to the cable and this variation makes it much easiest to connect with it🔥 🔥Resistance: at least 2 light springs 🔥Duration: Starts at a minute 🔥Form/Alignment: Once in the Tailbone Torso Twist, hold center with tension on the cable.
