My daughter has some friends with food insecurities. I just invite them over for dinner and send the leftovers home for the families. It’s something simple that I can do on my fixed income.

That's great! I am very happy for you. It's easy to see how passionate and caring you are. I knew you had the heart of an organizer! Money is always needed, but it's only one part of stewardship. Giving of our time and talents is just as important. I wish you all the best on this new adventure as you bring others together to be the hands and feet of Christ here and now. My brother and sister-in-law always adopted a family at Christmas. They have four kids, who are now grown, and they weren’t wealthy, but they wanted to teach their kids the right thing to do.
