Serves 2 🍓 50g plain flour 🍓 1 heaped tbsp margarine 🍓 2 tbsp sugar 🍓 3 tbsp any milk 🍓 1/3 tsp baking powder 🍓 1 tsp vanilla essence 🍓 3 strawberries 🍓 Plus sugar to decorate 1️⃣ Cream butter and sugar into a bowl 2️⃣ Stir in all of the other ingredients until smooth and creamy. Wipe down the edges so it looks neat. Prod strawberries into the mixture 3️⃣ Microwave on high for 2 mins 4️⃣ Sprinkle with sugar
