When someone says you did well I'm so proud of you and tears start to fill my eyes because I couldn't achieve what I wanted and it's disappointing.

at first when i was grade 1, i really didn't care about my grades, all i was thinking about that day is that playing with my classmates. Immediately going to borrow my mom's phone and still got average of 91% but now that i'm already grade 7, i feel so much nostalgia. Those days are nostalgic for me, why? because i now realized that my grades really matter to me, that who will i be if i don't see my name on the list of honors? and i'm trying my hardest to achieve high honor but still...honor. I really wish i could turn back the time and try my best those days, achieve an high honor for once, it'll be the best thing i'll ever get. But by years passing, my thirst in academic have become too much to be satisfied. I now being hungry for "with highest honor" title, the title i've been seeing others get it but didn't show that i care. (srry if there's a wrong grammars or anything wrong here.)
