I’ve had over 20 pairs of HOKA’s. They are so poorly made at the toe (holes appear quickly), I have to buy a new pair every 3 months. I guess HOKA does quite well with this arrangement (lots of YouTube’s showing how to get 3 more months out of a $160 shoe using moles. Very frustrating that a known problem is not solved for the customer.

BEWARE: I spent over $130 on a pair of Hokas, and the outsoles started tearing away in less than a year. I then spent hours with customer service on over four different occasions over the course of a month just to be able to submit a warranty. Then the warranty claim was denied without explanation. Would not recommend.

Just sharing my experience for anyone considering Hokas. I wore them once, had them less than a month, and the toe box still collapsed. Warranty was denied after going through both Dick’s and Hoka. Honestly the most frustrating part has been the customer service. I expected way better from a brand with this reputation, but this experience completely changed my view. Just something to keep in mind before buying.
