@americantravelarchives: Details 👇🏻 Follow @americantravelarchives for more hidden gems and bucket list adventures across the U.S. 📍 Frisco, Colorado Tucked in Summit County next to Dillon Reservoir, Frisco is more than just a pass-through on the way to Breckenridge or Vail. The town embraces that “Main Street of the Rockies” vibe — with cozy cafés, local breweries, charming shops, and trails that start right from town. Founded during Colorado’s silver boom in 1873, Frisco still wears its mining roots proudly. Its Historic Park & Schoolhouse preserves buildings from the late 1800s, giving you a peek into old Colorado life. 🌲 What to Do in Frisco: • Walk or bike the paved paths around Dillon Reservoir • Hike North Tenmile Trail or scenic overlooks for mountain views • Explore the Frisco Historic Park — original cabins, jails, and the 1902 schoolhouse • Grab a craft brew or comfort food downtown between adventures ✨ Pro Tip: Frisco is less crowded than its resort neighbors but still close enough for ski days or day trips into the Rockies. 🌿 Leave No Trace: Stick to trails, don’t trample creek banks, and always carry out what you bring in. These mountain towns live because we respect them. Would you stay in Frisco for the quiet, or for its access to the mountains?

Recipe in caption! It’s unbelievably easy to make restaurant-quality Chicken Parm at home! 💃🏼 you’re going to want to make this 😋 Ingredients 2 large chicken breasts ¼ cup flour Paprika (to taste) Salt & pepper (to taste) Garlic powder (to taste) Onion powder (to taste) ½ cup bread crumbs ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 2 eggs, beaten Avocado oil (or another neutral oil, for frying) Marinara sauce Mozzarella (sliced or shredded) Instructions Prep the chicken: Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Slice each breast in half lengthwise to make 4 thin cutlets. Set up breading station: Flour mixture: On a plate, combine flour, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Breadcrumb mixture: On another plate, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Egg wash: Beat eggs in a shallow bowl until smooth. Bread the chicken: Coat each piece in the flour mixture (shake off excess). Dip into the beaten eggs. Press into the breadcrumb mixture, coating well on both sides. Pan-fry: Heat about ½ inch of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry chicken for about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown. Transfer to a sheet pan (a rack on top helps keep them crispy). Bake with sauce & cheese: Spoon marinara over each piece of chicken. Top with mozzarella. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes. Optional: Broil for 2–5 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly. Serve: Remove from oven, let rest a few minutes, and enjoy with pasta, salad, or garlic bread #chickenparm #easydinnerideas #EasyRecipe #homemadewithlove #foodcreator
