Love Costco. I do this too, but I season it then throw them in ziploc bags. Once I’m ready to cook, I just pop them out the freezer & prepare my dish 😁

Costco has huge rolls of freezer paper..for long term storage I wrap in plastic wrap then in freezer paper. no freezerburn and lasts a long time. just found a package of deer meat that got buried from 4 years ago that looks perfect.

Vacuum sealer is better - removes air, preserves freshness longer? And saves storage space. A must have for small or bulk food storage. Haha I sound like an advertizer; but it’s true!

I don’t get it… you took them out of the foam and plastic wrap to put them in more plastic, and label them, after they were already labeled? How does this make sense?? I need a new algorithm cause this is giving me anxiety.

you touched the meat with the glove but then you use the same gloved hand to move the wrapped meat onto your counter 😭
