I feel like you’re very hard on yourself. You can have the initial “ugh” feeling then move on and tend to your baby. It’s all allowed and fine

Like of course it’s not personal, but it *feels* like it is. It’s always when the coffee is brewing or the shower is on or our eyes have finally begun to get heavy 🥲🥲
