people forget that its fine to want an emotionally stable and mature partner going into a relationship, but theres something special about putting effort into a relationship you want but isnt perfect yet. if he didnt love her he wouldntve tried, he just needed that push to be better

Just goes to show in some cases that given the lowest effort and bare minimum wins a lot of girls and being a high effort man who give the world gets rejections and ghosts.

How I turned my low effort boyfriend into a high effort boyfriend: Broke up with his ass as he didn’t change his behaviour! Don’t let your boyfriend stop you from finding your husband 🤭

IGBO FATHERS, PLEASE STOP EXCLUDING YOUR DAUGHTERS WHEN SHARING FAMILY PROPERTY! One issue that continues to create tension, resentment and division in some Igbo families is the exclusion of daughters from their father's inheritance simply because they are female. Let us remember something important: A daughter is not a stranger in her father's house. She is his child, his blood and a part of his legacy, just as his son is. In many families, daughters share a very special bond with their fathers. They love, care for, support and stand by them in difficult times. Some daughters go above and beyond to provide financial and emotional support to their parents, yet when it comes to sharing family property, they are sometimes told that they have no place because they are women. Is that fair? A father's love should not end where inheritance begins. If a daughter is good enough to love, care for and honour her father, why should she suddenly become less deserving when it comes to the property he leaves behind? Inheritance should be an opportunity to preserve family unity, not a reason to create lifelong enemies among siblings. To our Igbo fathers, brothers and traditional leaders, it is time to reflect on practices that leave daughters feeling rejected and undervalued. Tradition should not be used as a weapon to make a daughter feel that she does not belong to the family that gave her life. A fair and transparent approach to inheritance can help prevent unnecessary disputes, court cases and broken relationships between brothers and sisters. Families should also seek proper legal guidance to ensure that inheritance decisions comply with the law. Let us remember that a daughter who is excluded today may be the very person who stands up for the family tomorrow. And a son who inherits everything is not automatically the child who will care the most. A daughter is a daughter for life. Marriage does not erase her roots, change her bloodline or make her a stranger to her father’s legacy. To every Igbo father, let your legacy be remembered not only for the houses, land and wealth you leave behind, but also for the fairness, love and unity you leave among your children. Our daughters deserve dignity, fairness and a place in the family they were born into. Let us build families where inheritance brings peace rather than division. #IgboCulture #IgboLand #DaughtersMatter #EqualInheritance #FamilyUnity
