I fractured my rib 3 weeks ago during basketball, have very little pain only when I breathe Is It ok to go back to playing? also but a rib protector shirt Is that helpful?

I wear a binder on and off (I’m trans) and I was at a hotel I accidentally over wore it once I took it off the next day I was in excruciating pain I could barely breathe and it’s kinda sore now like I’ve had rib pain on and off since wearing a binder but that one day was horrible for me
