Poor hip mobility can affect you way more than you think! đ Your hips are meant to move in multiple directions! 1. Limited squat depth because if your hips canât move through a full range, youâll struggle to get into deeper positions without compensating elsewhere 2. Knee pain because when your hips arenât doing their job, your knees often take on more stress than they should 3. Back pain because limited hip movement forces your lower back to pick up the slack, leading to overload over time 3. Balance issues because your hips play a huge role in stabilising your body, and when mobility is limited, control becomes harder 5. Poor hip activation because if you canât access full ranges, muscles like your glutes donât fire as effectively 6. Poor posture / pelvic tilt because restricted hips can pull your pelvis out of alignment, affecting how you stand and move!
