I had a similar thing to this once, I just logged out of the call, started rage applying to other jobs, had a new job within 2 weeks and left a month after that.

Nah.. I’ll skip on the bonus this year if yall are hurting that much. After our stellar performance, and revenue generating year.. if all you can “afford” is a pizza party because it “fits your budget” clearly you need the money more than I need pizza.

I remember my dad Clark was expecting a big Christmas bonus and was going to install a pool and all he got was a voucher. So his brother in law, Eddie went to his bosses house and brought him back to our house and with a bit of pressure he changed his mind and they all got their bonus. True story!
