My husband used to roll his eyes whenever I would take selfies of the us together. I’m so glad that I did that. I have tons of photos of him and I and a video of him talking on Easter.

Mom is 92 and for the last year when I go to visit I make a few short 2-5 minutes videos of her telling me stories from her past. She really gets into it. Then I upload the videos to an external drive and keep it in a fire proof lock box. I have about 30 videos. My siblings don't know I am doing this and I will surprise them after our mom is gone. The gift will last a lifetime.

Once butter is somewhat cooled, add to bowl. 6. Cream the butter and sugars together for about 3 minutes. 7. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix. Add green food coloring and mix. 8. Combine wet and dry ingredients. 9. Add chocolate chips and fold into dough. 10. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 11. Scoop dough onto baking sheet. 12. Add extra chocolate chips on top. 13.
