Idk man I felt this way for a second but then I realized I always showed up for him and he built up walls. Even when I was going through things I provided space and time for him and his feelings and his life. I compromised, I excused, I let shit slide bc I knew it was a lot. I even let him know if he isn’t being served in the relationship that it’s ok for him to leave. Instead he stayed and broke m down more and I held on tighter bc my life was a mess but I knew my love for him was real.

it’s not all your fault! a relationship is 50/50. They were drained and didn’t give you the respect or decency to tell you. instead, they just strung you along. Trust me, it’s not all on you. you didn’t know how they felt, and they should’ve told you :)

You are not alone in feeling this way. I would never want to hurt anyone let alone my best friend/love. But I did the same thing and I wasn’t self aware enough to see what I was doing and it hurt her and our relationship BADLY.

I wake up in the middle of the night crying from nightmares of me and her splitting because of my actions it’s all me I’m the one ruining it I’m the one starting the arguments over things i say but I can ask for anymore chances I feel likes she’s going to leave me I really am trying my hardest to change for her but I feel like I’m just making things worse 😞
