I work with people with dementia and music is the most powerful thing. They can't remember most things but the words to a song especially quando quando quando. This is one of our favourites.

Thank you for all these kind comments about my Dad. Dad was a singer all his life - nicknamed The Songaminute Man. He was diagnosed with dementia in 2013. He's still with us but so very frail now but he's loved and well cared for. Thanks again for the kind words. They're all appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

I have a special playlist called MAMA, and every time I’m with her we dance and sing along. She’s got Alzheimer’s. She doesn’t remember who I am or even my name. But the songs of her life, those are embedded deep in her soul. Music is the link to sanity for the brain degenerative diseases.
