Why is it you never talk about the oxidization of seed oils and the studies that you always reference use fresh seed oil not how it would actually be used over and over and over again.

Seems like science is losing the battle. Will it win the war? The business part of science is partly to blame for the confusion. Universities and other institutions publish research papers just to meet research quotas as if the conclusion of their last research is the best information. All research publications should come with a disclaimer that their assertions are ALWAYS based on limited knowledge and influenced by the criteria and methods of the research and that they could be 100% wrong. If I say that the sky is blue and you say that the sky is grey there are three possibilities that need to be further explored. In this case we determined that we are both right because the color of the sky is dependent on atmospheric conditions. The same could be true for all the research conclusions about seed oils vs. fruit oils . They could both be bad, only one is bad or they could both be good. In the mean time consume any of them in moderation because science has also determined that we will all die, someday, subject to change.

saturated fat from palm oil contains vitamin E, beta-carotene. I understand but not swapping palm oil for canola oil. But I get the message!

If I do my own research online, I always tell my doctor what I read to get his input. In the end, I trust my doctors because THEIR the ones with the education. This concept of I can educate myself better than researchers and doctors is one of the downsides to the internet and now social media platforms if you are the type of person that believes everyone is out to hurt you and no one can be believed except myself

reminder "seeds" are some of the most commen lower trophic level food source in nature. aka, most terrestrial life on this planets has a a lower level of the food chain that feeds on seeds. ex: flower seed>mouse>snake>bird>cat etc. to say seeds in any context are not "good", is to say that life on earth isnt "good" 👍👍👍👍

There are some concerns over environmental impact and production of seed oils, but the equivalent or similar is found with saturated fat sources
