im a orthopedic and i can tell you no guard in the world can 'cure' or 'recover' from plantar fasciitis. pain relief yes. bur definitely not 'recover'. just do stretching or physio. dont waste money.

I’m using this foot sleeve for 2months and my plantar fasciitis gone.. so my $ is so worth it. I suffer my plantar fasciitis for almost a year. Now it’s gone. I bought expensive slipper for plantar fasciitis to help but it’s not helping.. this foot sleeve only the one help my plantar fasciitis. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 👍👍
