@inkedabroad: I have started my tattoo apprenticeship. With my mentor: Filouino I packed all my things, left Texas, and moved across the world to a town you've probably never heard of, Horb am Neckar, Germany. After years of studying and documenting the world's greatest tattoo artists, I finally decided to learn the craft myself. For the admiration of the art form, the respect of the process, and because love to create. A year ago I had a conversation while getting my entire back tattooed in Australia, with someone who I consider one of the greatest tattoo artists in the world and a dear friend of mine, about my desire to learn tattooing. To my surprise, she invited me as her first apprentice. Every day she teaches me to draw. She also has me study cultures across the globe to get inspiration for outfits and cultural traits in order to be accurate in my drawings, and each day I get to watch her tattoo some of the most beautiful artwork I've ever seen. also draw and draw and draw a shit ton.
