Planet fitness is 20$, if u eat healthy maybe that racks up another 100$ a month, at most if u know how to budget. U don’t need a PT, u can find whatever training program u need online, all science based. Expensive protein powder? Protein is protein, u dont even need protein powder as long as u hit your protein goal of the day, the only real supplement u need is creatine which costs 30$ for a 3 month supply. U don’t need 3k to get fit. Its an 130$ a month commitment.
