It’s not supposed to be hot and melting the cheese! She says the most important part is letting it sit in the oven for an hour or two after baking so it gets syrupy and is just slightly hot! Have you tried it her way?

I tried to get my family to eat Korean sweet potatoes 🍠 but no luck but I’ll try with cheese 🧀. I eat mine with kimchi, which Koreans have done for as long as I can remember. So yummy!

i tried all three potatoes as well, but I used cinnamon cranberry goat cheese, then tried the blueberry goat cheese, and I tried muenster. They were all good paired up but the Japanese sweet potato was the best, all were delicious though

It's so good and as a Flight Attendant im now packing the uncooked sweet potatoes to pop in the microwave at the hotels.... so much healthier than all the sodium of the plane food and the cheese 🧀 makes it amazing

Yummy!!! 💕 I love the “Japanese” sweet potatoes. Those are the ones we eat in Puerto Rico, we call them “batata dulce”. So good!!!
