File a police report, file a claim with the shipping company and cite the police report number, and file a dispute with your bank/credit card company citing the police report number.

How is it Target’s fault? Why aren’t you going after the shipping company?

It’s not targets fault either. Target did their job and shipped the product you purchased. The fault is on the shipping provider.

You should call the company that made the delivery. Someone on their end stole it.

I thought you had a camera on your porch? call your post master and ask them to check the weight of the box when it left the facility the morning of delivery. its likely unfortunately the delivery person who stole it

By federal law, if a consumer does not actually physically receive the product that was purchased the company must give a refund. So that is why like everyone else is saying file a claim with whoever you used for payment because you have proof

I've been boycotting Target for several years now. They don't care about anything or anyone, just their bottom line.

For all those saying this isn’t Targets fault, you are right. BUT most carriers state that the shipper (Target in this case) must file the claim. Target need to refund the item and file a claim for their own reimbursement from the carrier.

Hate to tell you this, but whatever company deliver the package is the one that stole. The item has happened to me before.

USPS is the worst for this. I’m so sorry this happened to you. Take photos and dispute it with the carrier and your card company.

If you knew people were boycotting Target for DEI (that doesn’t just mean just POC) and they were already losing money hand over fist and you’re surprised they won’t help you?! You want them to do better because your item was stolen yet you shopped with them when they made it clear they didn’t care about their own employees. I think Jeff Foxworthy said it best “here’s your sign” 🥴
