I was seeing a high risk specialist & my first scan with them was at 24wks due too 3 failed nipt test & my baby had a heart arrhythmia but it was gone by my next scan at 28wks. I just had my last scan today with the mfm & im now 37wks 3days & my baby is perfectly healthy. I would not stress the heart arrhythmia, I was told the same thing that she would outgrow it & she did!

Not to give you unsolicited advice here but make them check ferritin too not just for anemia. You can be iron deficient and not anemic and have identical symptoms. Under 30 is an iron deficiency.

I’m almost 30 weeks and I’ve been dealing with the dizziness and being light headed! It’s terrible but I hope you feel better!!

Hey so this happened to me started around 20 weeks. I had a GI bleed I still bleed now and will be 30 weeks tmr. I get iron infusions weekly. I know how scary it is if you feel like it gets worse don’t hesitate to go get checked bc this can be mistaken for hemorrhoids often

As a mom whose babies heart defect was missed, I would ask for more answers. I gave birth and had no idea until 8 hours later that he had a life threatening heart defect. From a cardio sonographer, she told me last week that OBs can be very hesitant and only know so much about the heart.

My daughter has arrhythmia and two extra holes in her heart … that they missed in my anatomy scan, even though they did a heart scan for her because they couldn’t find her heart during the first Anatomy scan and she is doing well … she is seen by the cardiologist but they do out grow it I also had a anterior placenta … praying for a healthy pregnancy for you everything will be okay & hemorrhoids her like hell but are curable

I was told at my 16 week appointment that it sounds like my boy has an arrhythmia but it was also our first time hearing it. My ob said the same thing, she’s not worried about and if that’s what it truly is, he will more than likely outgrow it🩵

My son had an arrhythmia about this same time. We were referred to high risk as well as a cardiologist. We were told the majority of the time heal on their own which our sons did. They heard it a few days after birth but then was resolved 🙏 also I was told to immediately stop using my palmers coco belly butter because that could have been what caused it. They said it essentially like feeding my newborn baby chocolate. Praying everything heals for your sweet girl 🫶💕
