Repeat this process to make multiple dumpling rolls and place half of them into a meal prep container along with half of your enoki mushrooms. Do this twice to have two different meal prepped containers and freeze overnight.  7. When ready to eat, take out one frozen meal prep container and place it in the microwave for 10 seconds to loosen.  8. In a pot on high heat, add half your beef bone broth, half your water, half your soy sauce, your frozen kit, and salt to taste.  9.
