@mrsclarehoops: Have fun with this one, much love Clare 🎁🤭 🎄 XL Krispie Christmas Pudding 🛒 Ingredients 🍫 500 g Coco Pops 🧈 100 g butter 🍬 450 g white marshmallows 🍯 White chocolate (for the top) 🍃 Ready-to-roll icing (for holly) 👩‍🍳 Method 🍫 Tip the Coco Pops into a bowl 🔥 Melt the butter and marshmallows in short microwave bursts 🥣 Pour into the bowl and mix well 🥄 Press into a cling filmed bowl 🍯 Melt the white chocolate ✨ Pour it on so it drips like custard 🍃 Roll out the icing 🔴 Make holly leaves and berries 🎁 Use extra mix to make mini puddings 👌 Or just make minis if you prefer 🍬 Gooey tip ➕ More marshmallows = gooier ➖ Fewer marshmallows = firmer 🧈 Don’t reduce the butter

You just made chocolate Rice Krispie treats. One of my favorites! I’ve never done it via microwave though. We use the stove to slowly melt the butter and marshmallows then add the cereal .
