The story behind the song is that, the artist (Adane Best) informed his friend (Ayitey) that he (Adane Best) will be travelling to Nigeria but his friend told him not to go, and that he can still succeed here cus God's time is the best. Lo & behold in that year Nigerian government deported all foreign nationals from the country. He would have been deported too if he had gone, hence the song.
