I was not a fan of Cesar… idk if it’s bc I’ve been to so many fine dining restaurants (even outside NYC). For omakase, I would try sushi noz/Noz17/ Noz market.

Since we have similar dining tastes here are some of my favorites I’d like to share 😊: Restaurant AT in Paris, Verve in Bad Ragaz, Switzerland, NOR and Born & Bread Original in Seoul. All Michelin except NOR I believe.
