I don’t want kings on drag race because I don’t think any of the judges could properly and accurately judge them (and I have a feeling they’d be mistreated) but some of YOU don’t want them on screen because you know nothing about Drag Kings and think of it as a lesser art form (Misogyny)

the audience of the main show isn’t ready for a drag king. one of the international versions will probably have a drag king way before the US one. the audience of the US is very conservative when it comes to drag unfortunately.

To be honest, drag race is more about femininity and most of it revolved around Rupaul. Even the runways are catered towards that. Obviously there are alt queens but for their looks, there is still femininity in it. I do agree that drag queens deserve their own show and their time to shine as well. It would honestly be nice if Rupaul were to make a spinoff where it’s only drag kings and the set up is catered towards them.

drag kings deserve their own platform, within the biggest drag entertainment company. I genuinely don't want RuPaul judging drag kings when it's kind of obvious he doesn't want to. DR might be the biggest platform but DKs should be where they are wanted, not where they are barely tolerated.

Also I think it would be kinda difficult to balance the way they judge a drag queen vs they way they would judge a drag king because even if it's part of the same art, the standards are pretty much different. But idk just my thought, hopefully they'll find a way in the future
