My wife & I just returned to Sydney from China, we had a luxurious suite in Beijing. King size bed in separated bedroom with 70 inch tv, loungeroom also with 70 inch tv & bar fridge.. kitchen with cooking facilities, free water bottles. Bathroom with bath, hair dryer toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash. Separated toilet/bidet.. Centrally located to everything, 33rd floor, & all for $96.00 AUD per night.. Best value ever..

I stayed at an Ibis in Sydney last winter for $150 a night. The room was tiny and super outdated. The sheets and blanket looked dirty, the air con was ancient and only blew cold air. Honestly, my grandma’s house is in better condition.
