😭😭😭 I hope she gets the justice she deserves it’s disgusting that they have been able to do this for so long. Sadly she isn’t their first victim but I hope that something finally happens

When you ignore a lawful order and accelerate while a federal agent is standing in front of your vehicle(the other angle is much more truth telling then this angle) then your probably gonna get shot or shot at. That is and will always be considered assault with a deadly weapon especially since she made contact. Even if he wasn’t in a badge it still would have been justified. Now with that being said I do believe he could have jumped out of the way from this angle. From the other angle it looks like he was already attempting to get out of the way. One thing is for sure when she puts it in drive, let’s off the gas and first hits the accelerator her wheels are aim directly at him( yes there is case law about this) if she would have turned her wheels before touching the gas or letting off the brake it would not have been justified due to the trajectory of her vehicle, but she didn’t.
