It didn’t do anything. To prove this, you need to run a control group study where the player does not sweep. Then you’ll see if it makes a difference or not.

I don’t play the sweeping game but people have to have common sense that if it really didn’t work it wouldn’t have been a game for this long, meaning it does work and have a purpose in being a sport.
