This is a 4-4-2 formation, not the best for a low block, for a médium one yes but in a 442 low block there is too many spaces between the lines in midfield, the half Space is easy to find. Explain how to brake a 4-5-1 low block, the most successful form of low block bc the midfield is absolutely locked and the defense is solid and covered at every position by the midfield
